Credits explained
Credits are how Elentir measures the work your team does for you. Building a page, restyling your site, launching a campaign, drafting replies: it all runs on credits.
How credits are used
Section titled “How credits are used”There is no fixed price per action. A small tweak uses very little; building a whole site from scratch uses more. Credits are spent on the actual work involved, so a big ask costs more than a small one. See how many each plan includes.
Watching your balance
Section titled “Watching your balance”The plan card in the bottom-left of your workspace shows how much you have used. It shows the share you have used (for example, “64% used”), switches to “Running low” as you near the limit, and reads “No credits left” when the pool is empty. Hover it to see your exact balance.
When credits reset
Section titled “When credits reset”- Plan credits reset at the start of each billing period. They do not roll over, so a fresh, full pool arrives each month.
- Top-up credits are different. They stack on top of your plan and stay until you use them, even across billing periods. See Topups.
Running out
Section titled “Running out”If you run out mid-build you will see an “Out of credits” message. Two ways forward:
- Top up for a one-off boost. See Topups.
- Upgrade for a bigger monthly pool. See Plans & limits.
If it didn’t work
Section titled “If it didn’t work”- “Out of credits” right after paying. Give it a moment to sync, then refresh. If your new balance still is not showing, contact us.
