Top up credits

Need more credits before your plan resets? Buy a top-up. It is a one-off purchase that stacks on top of your plan, and the credits stay until you use them.

How to buy

1. Open the plan card in the bottom-left of your workspace and choose Add credits.
2. Pick a pack. The bigger packs simply add more credits in one purchase.
3. Pay with your saved card. The credits land on your account right away.

Good to know

• Top-ups need a paid plan. On the Free plan, upgrade first (see Plans & limits), then you can add packs.
• Top-up credits do not reset at your billing date. Unlike plan credits, they carry over until they are spent.
• Your team uses plan credits first, then top-ups, so a pack sits ready as backup when your monthly pool runs low.

If it didn’t work

• “Add credits” is greyed out. You are on the Free plan, or top-ups are briefly paused. Upgrade to a paid plan, or try again shortly.
• You paid but do not see the credits. Give it a moment to sync, then refresh. If they still are not showing, contact us.
