- Email. Write to support@elentir.ai. Best for anything that needs a screenshot or some detail.
- Help center. Open Help in the app for quick answers to common questions.
What to include
Section titled “What to include”The more you tell us, the faster we can sort it:
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- Which project it happened in (the name at the top of your sidebar).
- A screenshot if you can, especially of any error message.
- The web address of the page you were on.
